Urinary & Fecal Incontinence Clinic

Some children suffer from urinary or fecal incontinence, especially those who suffer from neurogenic problems due to spine abnormality or anorectal abnormalities like Menigomyelocele, Anorectal Malformation etc

These children need special care. With various measures quality of life of these children can be improved. Every Wednesday we have dedicated clinic with counsellers for such children & their parents.

Constipation Clinic

Constipation is a common problem with children especially because of the lack of fibers in the diet. If not paid attention timely, constipation can worsen & lead to hard fecoliths, painful defecation, anal fissures, prolapse, appendicitis, fecal soiling (encopresis). Sometimes constipation is because of surgical congenital abnormalities like

• Hirschspurg's disease
• Anorectal malformation
• Anal stenosis, Anterior placed Anus

It is important to diagnose these problems timely & correct/repair by surgery
